About Us
Freshwater Collective is a conservation organization with the aim to enrich the conservation, research and education of Asian freshwater biodiversity. We are currently based in Hong Kong and hope to one day bring our freshwater conservation initiatives across the world.

We focus on creating dynamic education materials such as field guides, short-films and mobile apps in the realm of freshwater ecology for all ages. Our research involves collaborations with local universities such as the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong, which are focused on taxonomical research of understudied freshwater fauna.

Freshwater Collective is a self-funded organization, where members conduct these iniatives in their free time in addition to full-time jobs and/or studies. All profits generated from our products are funneled straight back into our projects.
